Set right on the sea front of Praia da Luz, literally less than a 1 minute walk to the sandy beach over a traffic free beachfront promenade.  Enjoy a coffee on your own private terrace or make your own freshly squeezed orange juice listening to the waves. Take an early morning swim or a quiet stroll along the beach, watch the sun rise over ‘Black Rock’ and finish the day with a sundowner overlooking the ocean.

There is a wealth of activities and sights to suit all tastes within a few minutes of your beachfront accommodation and the friendly multi-lingual reception staff are on hand to help book anything you may want to do.

You will find great cafes and restaurants on the traffic-free promenade in front of the complex and the bus and taxi stop ae only minutes away.

Praia da Luz, Western Algarve, Portugal

“Luz” (as the locals call it) has a beautiful sandy beach with the European blue flag indicating clean sand and clean water. It offers sun beds for Mum and Dad to relax, a range of adrenaline pumping water sports for the more adventurous, and at one end a collection of rock pools which are perfect for children to explore.

Once a sleepy fishing village, Praia da Luz now has a lot to offer guests, yet still retains it's village feel with lovely cobbled streets and squares and fisherman lining the beach at dusk. From your private apartment balcony you can see the twinkling lights of the fishing boats busilly casting their nets at night. There is a great variety of family friendly restaurants and bars, good supermarkets and all the amenities for a complete holiday. Luz is just 8 minutes west of the larger historic town of Lagos which provides great sightseeing, plenty of shopping, good night life, and a large established marina.

There is a regular bus service from Luz to Lagos and surrounding areas. The bus stop and taxi rank is just a 2 minute walk from the apartments.

The west coast, a Mecca to surfers, is about 30 minutes away offering huge un-spoilt beaches with large breakers suitable for both experienced and novice surfers.

Access is from Faro airport 80 kms away, which is about 50 minutes by car. The train from Faro to Lagos is very inexpensive and takes about 1 ½ hours.
